("we," "us," "our" or the "Platform") collects, uses, stores, shares
and otherwise processes personal data through our mobile application
and related services that enable event organizers to list physical or

This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who visit or use the Services, including: (a) visitors who browse events without creating an account; (b) audience members, attendees, purchasers or prospective attendees who create an account, discover events, save preferences, and book tickets; and (c) event organizers, promoters, venues, partners and their representatives who create accounts, list events, manage bookings, communicate with attendees, and receive reports or payouts through the Services. Depending on the circumstances, we may act as an independent data fiduciary for some processing activities and as a processor or service provider on behalf of event organizers for other limited activities. If a specific event organizer provides a separate privacy notice for its event, that notice may also apply to personal data processed for that event.

Where processing is based on consent, we will present a notice describing the personal data to be processed and the specified purpose in clear and plain language. Where required, we will provide you with a privacy notice at or before the time of collection of your personal data, identifying the categories of personal data being processed, the specified purpose, how you may withdraw consent, how you may exercise your rights, and how you may make a complaint or grievance. We will maintain mechanisms for you to review and manage your communication preferences, cookie settings where available, and other privacy choices. We will not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal data without valid authorization, please contact us so that we may take appropriate action.
We may share personal data only on a need-to-know basis and only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. We may share personal data with:
Where an organizer or venue receives personal data relating to attendees booked through the Services, that organizer or venue may act as an independent data fiduciary for its own purposes. Where we transfer personal data outside India, we will do so in compliance with applicable law, including any restrictions, conditions or notified territories applicable under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules framed thereunder. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients process personal data in accordance with appropriate contractual, organizational and technical safeguards.
We retain personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the specified purpose for which it was collected, to comply with applicable law, for legal or accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain security and fraud-prevention records, and for backup or disaster recovery purposes in accordance with retention controls. When personal data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed and retention is not required by law, we will erase or anonymize it in accordance with our retention practices. Account deletion requests may result in deletion or de-identification of personal data, subject to residual retention required by law or for legitimate operational and security purposes.
We implement reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature and volume of personal data processed, including technical, administrative and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse or destruction. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is accurate and up to date, and that you have all necessary rights, permissions and consents to share personal data of any other person, including co-attendees, emergency contacts, invitees, staff, speakers or minors, through the Services. We use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, analyse traffic, secure the Services, measure campaign performance and improve user experience. Some of these technologies are essential for the Services to function, while others support analytics, personalization or advertising. You may be able to manage certain cookie preferences through browser controls, device settings or our in-product cookie tools, where available. Disabling certain technologies may affect the functionality of the Services.
Third-Party Tracking and Controls: We allow third-party advertising partners to embed Software Development Kits (SDKs), pixels, and tracking cookies within our application. These tools automatically collect data about your interactions over time and across different websites. We do not control these third-party tracking technologies or how they use your data for their independent profiling purposes. Because our profiling relies on electronic identifiers, you retain direct control over how you are tracked. You can manage or disable behavioural tracking via your mobile device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt-out of Ads Personalization" on Android) or through your web browser controls. Additionally, you can configure your browser to reject cookies or use opt-out tools provided by digital advertising alliances. Disabling these identifiers will not stop advertisements entirely, but it will prevent personalised ad profiling.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, ticketing partners, livestream providers, payment services, social media platforms, mapping tools or other integrations. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of third parties except to the extent required by law. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service you choose to use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices, our Services, or our operational requirements. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, provide additional notice or seek fresh consent before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective will be subject to the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
